Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Venice Exterminators, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating Leads: Prospect customers through door-to-door sales and deliver engaging presentations.
- Building Strong Relationships: Understand customer concerns and provide personalized pest control solutions.
- Exceeding Sales Goals: Achieve revenue milestones while maintaining accurate sales records and reporting.
- Earning Residual Income: Maximize your long-term income with ongoing residuals from recurring customer contracts.
Are You a Good Fit?
We are looking for motivated individuals with the following qualities:
- A proven track record in sales, with pest control experience as a bonus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and close deals.
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive, performance-based environment.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Venice, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
